IQ City United World School of Business and Vidyasagar University launched the joint academic initiative through the release of two books, jointly edited by professors of the two organizations. The books were released at the International Conference on Management and Social Sciences, 2022 on 9th December 2022.
Indian Business @75: Different Aspects, Edited by Sahana Ghosh, Meenakshi Khemka and Tarak Nath Sahu
The book looks at Indian business through multiple lenses. It has 14 articles on various aspects, including the role of business in poverty alleviation and other corporate social responsibility, India’s trade relations with other Asian countries, problems of energy transition and even sunrise sectors like filmmaking and sports. The Introduction traces the evolution of Indian business since Independence and through the different policy regimes.
Indian Business @75: Research on Trends and Prospects, Edited by Meenakshi Khemka, Tarak Nath Sahu and Sahana Ghosh
The book is a compendium of research on various aspects of management, including entrepreneurship, innovations, human resources, economics, finance, and marketing. It has 29 articles on various subjects but with a different approach from the usual.
Both books are published by Allied Publishers.
