On the eve of International Women’s Day 2024, as part of IQ City United World School of Business, Kolkata Industry Institute Interface (III) Programme, Ms. Debolina Roy, General Manager- HR (Talent Capability and D&I – Vodafone-Idea Ltd.) joined us for an interactive session with the students.
It was an exciting start to an enlightening session when Ms. Debolina asked the students about their expectations from the discussion that was about to happen. In line with the questions asked by the curious cohort of students, she talked about the latest trends in the telecom industry and her professional journey working in the industry for so long.

With real-life case studies, she explained and encouraged the students never to lose hope and overcome life’s hurdles through hard work and dedication.
