IQ City UWSB’s latest edition of the Industry Institute Interface (I3) programme had as its guest Ms Payel Saha, Ex State Head- Channel Sales, Xiaomi India. She is currently working at Samsung Electronics.
Ms. Saha gave tips on how to make social media pages impressive and draw attention of potential recruiters. The professional profile provides the first glimpse of a person’s attitude, interests and strengths in their working lives. Highlighting one’s positive traits through posts, shares and likes, in addition to creating a carefully crafted profile, may go a long way to develop a professional network.
Ms. Saha emphasized on how important it is to develop professional networks without infringing on anyone’s privacy.
