IQ City United World School of Business, in collaboration with the Zoological Survey of India (ZSI), successfully organized the Inter-College Sustainable Business Plan Competition – UNI-VISION 2026 on 18th and 19th June 2026. The competition provided a dynamic platform for young innovators and future entrepreneurs to present sustainable and environmentally responsible business solutions aligned with the vision of a greener and more inclusive future. The Institutions Innovation Council (IIC) also performed a pivotal role in this program.
The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from several reputed institutions. The competition commenced with an abstract screening round, where a panel of experts carefully evaluated numerous submissions and shortlisted the most promising ideas. Following this rigorous selection process, 15 teams from different colleges advanced to the Semi-Final Round, where they presented their innovative business concepts addressing contemporary sustainability challenges.
After intense deliberations and evaluations, the six best teams representing different institutions earned their place in the Grand Finale. The final round showcased exceptional creativity, strategic thinking, and a strong commitment to sustainability, with participants presenting business models that balanced economic viability with environmental and social responsibility.
The final presentations were evaluated by an eminent panel of judges comprising:
- Dr. C. Raghunathan -Scientist (F) & Additional Director, Zoological Survey of India
- Mr. Atul Singh -Consultant, CSR, ESG & Sustainability Strategist
- Dr. Harsh Arora -Business Transformation Advisor, South Asia, Stanford University
The event was further enriched by the presence of distinguished guests:

- Dr. Souvik Sen -Scientist (E) & Joint Director, Zoological Survey of India
The programme was also graced by Prof. (Dr.) Meenakshi Khemka, Principal, IQ City United World School of Business, whose encouragement and support added to the significance of the occasion.
Throughout the competition, students demonstrated remarkable insight into sustainability, ESG principles, biodiversity conservation, circular economy models, waste management, green technologies, and socially responsible entrepreneurship. The quality of ideas and the passion displayed by the participants reflected the growing awareness among young minds regarding the urgent need for sustainable business solutions.
Based on the collective assessment of the esteemed jury, the winners of UNI-VISION 2026 were announced:
- First Prize: IQ City United World School of Business
- Second Prize: Bengal Institute of Business Studies
- Third Prize : IQ City United World School of Business
