IQ City United World School of Business Kolkata organised an interactive session under Mr. Sanjit Ghosh, Senior VP – Business Head, Jana Small Finance Bank for the MBA students. The topic of the session was ’10 mantras for a successful and sustainable corporate life’. The discussion revolved around leadership skills, how to grow as a professional, and effective ways to communicate. He also encouraged the students with his pearls of wisdom.
This was followed by an important Pre-Placement Talk by Deepshikha Gupta, HR – Talent Acquisition, Jana Small Finance Bank. During this session, she discussed what companies expect from students when they start their professional journey and how to exceed those expectations to become successful.
