IQ City United World School of Business, Kolkata organised an ‘Industry Institute Interface’ session wherein the MBA students had the privilege of engaging with the esteemed speaker for the session Mr. Samar Banerjee, Chief Human Resource Officer, Star Cement. As part of his corporate team, Mr. Rakesh Kumar,COE Talent Acquisition and HRBP – East, Star Cement and Mr. Ananda Dutta, COE Learning & Development, Star Cement addressed queries by the students during the interactive session.
The topics of conversation included how the students can prepare themselves for the professional life, how to remain adaptable in a changing corporate climate, and how to expose oneself early in a career to novel ideas.
