Uni-Speak Club of IQ City United World School of Business, Kolkata hosted a dynamic roleplay management simulation event- PULSE in the auditorium. A total of eight teams participated in the event from different sections of the MBA batch.
Designed as a roleplay-based experience, the event immersed participants in real-world corporate scenarios, allowing them to step into the shoes of managers, decision-makers, and business strategists. Through a series of role-based challenges, crisis simulations, and team-based decision-making tasks, students explored key aspects of leadership, communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking.
The event encouraged critical thinking, collaborative problem-solving, and provided a hands-on understanding of management concepts beyond the classroom. With enthusiastic participation and insightful performances, Pulse successfully blended learning with experiential fun, leaving both participants and audience enriched and inspired.
