The 11th convocation ceremony for the batch of 2019-21 was held on the campus on 24th December, 2021. To be welcomed back to the campus for the red-carpeted event made them feel emotional. The Principal, Prof Dr. Meenakshi Khemka thanked the graduating students for being supportive during the swift transition from face-to-face to online education, including classes, projects, internships and even the placement process.
Prof Dr. Amitava Ghosh, Dean of Academic Affairs, Kolkata campus urged the outgoing students to focus on their road to success. The gathering was also addressed by esteemed guests from the corporate world. The Convocation, 2021, held with all health precautions, once again proved that the UWSB fraternity is never deterred by adversity.
